The Privatization Agency took a decision to sell minority state shares in 171 companies, including Svetlina-Sliven, Hydraulic Elements and Systems, Niva-Kostinbrod, Naiden Kirov JSC, Spartak-Bourgas, Yavor-Varna and Hemusmark at a Centralized public auction on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

The Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Formoplast JSC - Kurdzhali, Bourse code FORM, which was conducted on June 30, 2004, did not adopt a decision for a dividend distribution as of 2003 . Formoplast JSC - Kurdzhali reported a loss in amount of BGN 71 000.
