Synergon Card Service will merge into a subsidiary of Toplivo Synergon Card Service EOOD will merge into Synergon Petroleum EOOD, which Toplivo bought in early 2016, the sole owner of the company under transformation Synergon Holding decided. The Management Board of the Holding decided to carry out preparatory actions concerning the conversion. As a result, the entire property of the transforming company will move to the receiving company and Synergon Card Service will cease activity without liquidation. The company also announced that it received the report of the evaluators Bright Consult OOD for valuing assets and accordingly assess the value of the shares of Synergon Card Service. Early last year Toplivo announced that it had purchased 100% of Synergon Petroleum for BGN 1.468 million from the seller Synergon Holding AD. One of the main activities of Toplivo is supply, storage and marketing of LPG, fuel oils, petroleum products. The main activity of Synergon Petroleum is supply, storage, distribution and marketing of LPG, fuel oil and petroleum products. The company operates gas stations under the brand SNG. Toplivo imports LPG in Bulgaria and its biggest buyer is Synergon Petroleum.

Bulgarian fuel and building materials retailer Toplivo said its consolidated net loss widened to BGN 3.5 million in the first nine months of the year from BGN 2.0 million in the prior-year period. Toplivo’s operating revenue increased to BGN 154.3 million in the January-September period from BGN 150.5 million in the like period a year earlier. Operating expenses rose to BGN 157.8 million in the review period compared to BGN 152.7 million a year earlier. Toplivo is majority owned by Synergon Holding, which held a 73.42% stake in the company at end-October. Earlier this month, Synergon Holding said it has sold its Chinese subsidiary Toplivo-Beijing.
