The Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) has temporarily halted the tender offer of Chimimport’s newly found company Chimsnab Bulgaria. When the tender offer resumes, small shareholders will be able to sell their stocks to the majority shareholder Chimimport via Central Cooperative Bank. The watchdog, however, has not yet provided the motives behind its decision, but that usually occurs when the regulator has some price adjustments in mind.
