Nov Vek Holding AD gained majority control of three companies, the BSE site announced. The holding purchased 100% of Vinprom Haskovo AD shares. The second company is Agroholding Loviko AD-Sevlievo, whose 807,006 shares, or 70%, went to Nov Vek. The same share of Agroholding Loviko AD-Sofia was bought as well, which equates to 4.27 million stocks. All three companies are in the food and wine industries.
