Saksa buys two gas station of OMV Wholesale trader with fuels Saksa purchased two of OMV Bulgarias gas stations. The deal is to be approved by Commission for Protection of Competition. Now the anti-monopoly authority has to decide whether the deal will affect retail market of fuels on the territory of Pazardzik region. Gas stations that are subject to the deal were under the lower brand of OMV-Avanti. They are located in Pazardzik and Velingrad. The value of the deal is about EUR 800 thousand. Buyer is Unicredit leasing. Saksa will be owner of the stations after seven years. The company has a huge fuel base in Novi Iskar and has increased significantly in recent years as became evident by one of its regular customers-Shell Bulgaria, Eco Bulgaria, etc. The sites will be named Cruise-the brand under which Saksa develops retail trade. Complexes Cruise includes gas station, petrol stations, methane station, TIR parking, cafe and shop. Adding the two new gas stations the chain will reach a total of 16 sites, as not all gas stations are owned by Saksa.
