The company produces conventional canned food and organic clean, fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as frozen foods. By September 2008 Nash Dom - Bulgaria Holding JSC was a subsidiary of Overgas ink. In the same year, ownership of the company shifted and Andrei Tenev became executive director. Nash Dom - Bulgaria Holding JSC is a solid company with over 10 years of experience in quality and clean food. The holding has subsidiaries in Kazanlak, Lovech, Sofia, Belgrade (Serbia), Rostock (Germany). The plants are reliable and loyal partners of the producers of raw materials. High quality products are ensured by the introduced new technology and certified systems. Konplo JSC Kazanlak is a business buying and processing fresh fruits and vegetables, producing canned fruits and vegetables, jams, concentrates, purees, juices and nectars. Melta-90 JSC Lovech plant has the largest refrigerator in Northern Bulgaria with a capacity of 4 thous tons. The basic line of business is related to the purchase and production of fresh fruits and vegetables. Priority of the company are import and export of own products, as well as canned vegetables and fruit, mushrooms, wild fruits and bee honey. The factory in Lovech is certified by the organization for organic clean products - Balkan Biosert. In 2004, in order to increase the quality and performance of Nash Dom - Bulgaria Holding JSC and its subsidiary Konplo JSC and Melta-90 JSC, a quality management system under ISO 9001:2000 has been introduced.

The blue-chip Sofix closed at 263.32 points after losing 0.90% of its value. BGREIT of real estate investment trusts dipped by 0.34% to 38 points. The broad BG40 of the most traded stocks rose by 1.46% to 87.82 points. BGTR30 of the best performers in total return added 0.34% to 193.92 points. Total turnover was BGN 2.3 million. The shares of Nash Dom Bulgaria Holding AD added the most rising by 269% to BGN 1.85 per issue.

Nash Dom Bulgaria Holding reported 77% rise in turnover for 2008 to BGN 7.8 million, annual consolidated report of the company showed. Expenses contracted by some 30% to BGN 4.1 million. Net sales incomes were BGN 1.5 million, of them BGN 86,000 were from production sold. Profit of the company rose to BGN 3.4 million in 2008 compared to a loss of BGN 1.3 million a year earlier, or the growth is 355%.

Nash Dom - Bulgaria Holding-Sofia, Bourse code 5ND, the General Meeting of which was held on June 11 2009, shall not distribute dividends for 2008. Nash Dom - Bulgaria Holding-reported a profit to the amount of BGN 3 381 000. The company shall allocated to the amount BGN 2 484 438,43 in the Retained earnings and BGN 1 322 060,44 to covered the loss from the past years.

The special purpose vehicles performed well at Wednesday's session on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) and pushed BGREIT index up 2.18% to 48.76 points. All traded REITs registered a rise in their stock price. FairPlay Properties REIT shares surged 10.64% to an average of BGN 0.50. The other three indexes also went up. The blue-chip Sofix gained 0.89% to 451.25 basis points. The broad BG40 of the most traded stocks rose 0.36% to 122.54 points. BGTR30 of the best performers in total return closed at 343.28 points, up 0.78%. Total turnover was BGN 1.74 million despite the weak start of the session. Investor.BG saw the most shares sold (17,604) at BGN 9.50 each. The stock of Nash Dom Bulgaria Holding jumped the most, 20% to BGN 1.73 per share.
