The General Meeting of the shareholders of Ruen - Holding JSC - Kyustendil, Bourse code HRU, which was held on July 16, 2004, decided that the company should not distribute dividends for 2003. Ruen - Holding JSC - Kyustendil reported profit to the amount of BGN 25 000. The company allocated the 2003 profit for covering losses from previous years.

Ruen Holding won the tender for the winter cleaning of the fourth-class road network in Kystendil municipality. There were five candidates in the competition. A Ruen Holding representative stated they were equipped well enough to perform the cleaning. The previous two years the municipality was cleaned by Bulplan.
