KEWR proposes increase in electricity and heating prices from July 1 The Energy and Water Regulatory Commission announced its proposals for an increase in electricity prices for end-users in the period 01.07.2025 - 30.06.2026 by 4.62% of the total electricity prices. For the prices of heat for household customers, for the period 1.07.2025 - 30.06.2026, the Commission proposes a weighted average change of 4.50%. For the individual district heating companies, the change proposed by the EWRC from July 1 this year is as follows: - for "Toplofikatsiya Sofia" EAD - change in the current price by 5.43%, with an increase of 23.82% requested by the company; - for "EVN Bulgaria Toplofikatsiya" EAD - change in the current price by 5.18%, with an increase of 10.98% requested by the company; - for "Toplofikatsiya Pleven" EAD - change of the current price by 4.00%, with an increase of 21.58% requested by the company; - for "Toplofikatsiya Burgas" EAD - change of the current price by 4.99%, with an increase of 36.39% requested by the company; - for "Veolia Energy Varna" EAD - change of the current price by 1.00%, with a decrease of 2.56% requested by the company; - for "Toplofikatsiya Vratsa" EAD - change of the current price by 4.90%, with an increase of 66.28% requested by the company; - for "Toplofikatsiya VT" AD - change of the current price by 5.00%, with an increase of 92.38% requested by the company; - for "Toplofikatsiya Razgrad" EAD - change of the current price by 5.37%, with an increase of 17.50% requested by the company; - for "Yuliko-Evrotrade" EOOD - change of the current price by 3.00%, with an increase of 15.64% requested by the company; - for "Toplofikatsiya Ruse" AD - change of the current price by 5.03%, with an increase of 31.35% requested by the company; - for "Toplofikatsiya Pernik" EAD - change of the current price by 4.99%, with an increase of 24.31% requested by the company; - for "Toplofikatsiya Sliven" EAD - change of the current price by 5.11%, with an increase of 48.46% requested by the company;
