The construction started in 2017, and the idea for the base came from the management of Northeast State Enterprise SC - Shumen (SIDP). The building has an area of ??500 square meters and is equipped with equipment and materials that meet all the requirements of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency. The team of DLS-Palamara guarantees the quality of the meat offered in the new enterprise. In addition, experts recall that game meat has excellent taste, does not lead to an increase in bad cholesterol and is much more healthier than meat obtained on industrial farms. The game eats natural food rich in minerals and microelements, does not take supplements and drugs, unlike industrially raised animals and all this makes its meat desirable by people around the world. The capacity of the modern enterprise is about 25-30 tons of meat per year, and the production can be used by restaurant owners, legal entities and individuals.
